We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. We understand your disappointment.
I have checked the status of your order. The shipment was posted on 9 June and received by the courier on the same day. Unfortunately, according to the carrier, there was a delay in delivery due to a mechanical failure.
According to the UPS tracking system, the package was delivered on 17 June. Please confirm whether you received the package on that day.
From our side, we did our best to deliver the order on time and this was successful. The parcel was dispatched on time without any hindrance. Nevertheless, I'm very sorry for the situation on the part of the courier company. Regards, Kamil
